Children (8+) | Pre-teens/Teens | Adults | Couples | Families

My goal is to create a safe space for individuals to process their experiences and reveal their authentic selves. My approach to therapy is person-centered and collaborative because I believe that each individual knows themselves best. I see myself as a companion on your journey, dedicated to helping you feel seen and heard. I take a gentle approach and strive to be compassionately honest with my clients.

I am passionate about working with children, teens, adults, couples and families who are facing various life challenges. My experience is deeply rooted in work with substance use, trauma, and grief. I value working with individuals, as well as families, who are struggling with this issue. Substance use may feel never-ending, unrepairable, and hopeless. It may also be a newer part to the family system and you have questions about how to approach and support a loved one. We can uncover ways to strengthen the family system during this time. I also hold the belief that trauma can lead to survival behaviors which may become unhelpful as we grow older, and exploring these behaviors gently, openly, and at your pace can be transformative.

In my work, I integrate various therapeutic modalities to best meet the unique needs and goals of each client. These may include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Additionally, I consider the various systems that each individual is part of and how these interact with one another to create challenges. I have experience working within school systems (public and charter) doing therapeutic work with children, previously served as the Executive Director of a local non-profit organization helping adolescents and their families, and gained valuable educational experience through obtaining my MSSW at The University of Texas at Austin.

I am committed to providing a safe, healing, and inclusive environment for all individuals.
